All products sold through The Ken Dojo, including oversized t-shirts, streetwear apparel, pendants, accessories, limited-edition items, and sale products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing the claim, our team will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
